"AAP Challenges Authority: Deems Summons Illegal, Urges ED to Await Court Verdict”

AAP chief and Delhi chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal on Monday avoided the 6th request from the Enforcement Directorate (ED) to show up before the office for addressing regarding the Delhi excise case.
He had avoided all of the five past SUMMONS gave by the ED.
Naming the request “unlawful” the AAP said in an explanation that the ED ought to quit sending summons and sit tight for the court’s choice with regards to this issue as the ED has previously moved toward the court.
